  • All the bones in our semi boneless quail have been removed except for the wings and lower legs. Sleeve or glove boning the bird leaves the skin in tact for great grilling, sauteing, and stuffing.

  • Season well with salt & pepper. Sear or grill 4-5 minutes per size.
